He was born August 9, 1925 to Curtis and Marjory Chance Holgate in Hemlock, Ore., the eldest of five children all raised in the Tillamook area.Kenneth moved to Medford in the early 1950s and lived in the Rogue Valley until moving to Woodburn in 2005.
