July 7, 1930 - September 8, 2016Wanda went home to be with our Lord early Thursday morning. She was born to Ida (Vinyard) and Jesse Elder in Williams, Ore.Wanda was a descendant of the Gibson pioneer family who settled in the Williams Valley.
