Leo A. Mitchell, 83, of Talent Ore. passed away in the comfort of his home with his family by his side. Leo was born November 13, 1932 in Goree, Texas to Roy and Mary Annis Mitchell. His family moved first to northern California near Yreka on the Klamath River, then in 1943 "over the hill" to the Rogue Valley.
