1923 - 2016Norma McCarty passed away peacefully with her family by her side. She was born in the Bay Area of California.Norma was married to the love of her life, E.D. "Duke" McCarty for 61 years. When Duke retired they moved to Red Bluff, Calif. where they stayed until Duke's passing.
