Richard "Dick" Earl Miller, 85, passed away suddenly November 5, 2016. He was born in Medford, Ore. to Earl and Louise Miller. Dick graduated from Medford High School in 1949 and attended Southern Oregon College. He owned and operated Miller Motor Service for many years.
