November 15, 1933 - February 5, 2017Elmer Earl Maloney, 83, of Lake Creek, Oregon passed away February 5, 2017 at a local hospital surrounded by his family. He was born November 5, 1933 to Marvin and Julia Maloney in Hollis, Oklahoma. In the early 1950s he and his parents, along with six siblings, moved from Oklahoma to Medford, Ore.
