March 23, 1945 - February 15, 2017Ellen Bastian passed away peacefully February 15, 2017 in Grants Pass, Oregon with her family by her side. She was born in Xenia, Ohio to Charlie and Dottie Kyle and moved to Oregon with her parents in 1960. She attended Lake Oswego High School where she was active in several clubs.
