Jim Paulsen passed away unexpectedly December 7, 2015 at his home in Puyallup, Wash. He was born May 3, 1964 in Ashland, Ore. He attended Ashland schools, was a member of the graduating class of 1982, and then attended Southern Oregon University.Jim most recently worked for Cape Fox Government Services as Lead Safety Instructor at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Puget Sound Safety, and OPRT.
