Richard W. Young of Talent, Oregon passed away November 22, 2017 in Talent.Richard served in the U.S. Army and was a Vietnam veteran. He was retired from the Oregon National Guard.He is survived by his sisters, Sandra Spence of Ashland, Ore., Virginia Day Ketchum of Portland, Ore., and Patricia Plone of La Quinta, California; and a brother, Kenneth Young of Carmichael, Calif.
