Stephen N. Sasse, 74, passed away December 29, 2015 at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center. He was born March 19, 1941 to Neil N. Sasse and Phyllis (Elmgren) Sasse in Orleans, Neb.Stephen moved to Eagle Point, Ore. in the early 1950s.
