April 1, 1927 - February 21, 2018Willard "Will" Chinn was born April 1, 1927 to Willard and Blanche Chinn in Longview, Washington. He was raised in Kelso, Wash. during the Great Depression, where his father, a retired WWI Army officer, was mayor and owned the Red & White grocery store.
