December 17, 1927 - March 11, 2018Lowell Edgar Fowler passed away March 11, 2018 at a memory care facility near Eugene, Oregon. He was born December 17, 1927 near the town of Beloit, Kansas and moved to Ashland, Ore. at an early age. He graduated from Ashland High School in 1946.While Lowell was working at the Ashland Creamery, he met Ginny Bradley and they married in 1949.
