Amanda Scott Thompson, 61, of Medford, Ore. passed away January 7, 2016, after a long, valiant struggle with cancer.She was born January 19, 1954, in Ashland, Ore. to Episcopal Priest, The Reverend John and Shirley Thompson. The family moved to Eureka, Calif. when she was in first grade, as her father became the Rector at Christ Episcopal Church.
