August 13, 1928 - April 14, 2018Floyd Gene Kasper passed away April 14, 2018, just four months shy of his 90th birthday. His family was by his side as he walked his final journey home. Floyd was born August 13, 1928 in Klamath Falls, Oregon to Eli and Rebecca Mae Kasper. He moved to Eureka, California with his family in 1948. Floyd became a Christian at the age of 19.
