Elsie Lee Bennett-Mayr, 89, of Palmer, Alaska passed away Monday, January 11, 2016 at Matsu Valley Medical Center in Wasilla, Alaska. She was born April 8, 1926 to Henry K. Brock and Clella Curtis in Miami, Ariz.Elsie married Wyley Bennet in 1942. In 1988 she married Walt Mayr. Elsie was a stay at home mom most of the time. She enjoyed doing crafts, sewing and reading.
