Patsy Ann McPherson slipped into the loving arms of Jesus Wednesday, January 13, 2016, surrounded by her family in Keizer, Ore. She was born in July of 1949, the second of four children, to Robert F. and Maxine (Willet) Fisher in Albany, Ore.
