James "Dave" Arnold of Central Point, Ore. passed away January 30, 2016 of lung cancer. He was born January 7, 1938 to Leo and Donna (Cordle) Arnold in Portland, Ind. He graduated high school and joined the United States Navy.Dave was a proud member of the naval service from February 21, 1956 to July 1, 1975.
