Inez passed away February 1, 2016 in Medford, Ore. She was born July 6, 1923 in Konowa, Okla.Inez is survived by her son, Rich Bandy (Shirl) of Lake Creek, Ore.; and her two grandsons, Shad Bandy and Justin Bandy, both of Red Bluff, Calif. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford on February 19, 2014.Per Inez’s wishes, no services are planned. [...]
