Ruby Eddings, 82, passed away February 12, 2016 at Rogue Regional Medical Center in Medford. She was born October 23, 1933 to Edward James and Cora Ellen Vaughan in Fall Creek, Ore.Ruby graduated from high school in Lowell, Ore. and was a longtime resident of the Rogue Valley and lived here from 1960 until her passing.
