Howard Veal, 91, passed away February 19, 2016. He was born August 5, 1924 to Howard William Veal and Ruth G. Veal in Pueblo, Colo. and moved at a young age to Rocky Ford, Colo. where he was raised.Jack graduated high school in 1942 in Rocky Ford.
