Larry Briggs, 87, passed away March 12, 2016 at his home in Harbor, Ore. He was born October 23, 1928 to Walter and Loretta (Cameron) Briggs in Muskogee, Okla.Larry worked as a fireman and fire captain for 30 years. He married Kathryn "Kitty" Jennie November 19, 1988 in Brookings, Ore. He enjoyed fishing in the ocean and elk hunting, but especially trips to eastern Oregon. He moved to Brookings in 1984. [...]
