Our strong, independent, feisty and loving mom, Marlene Carol Blumer, passed away peacefully April 11, 2016, in Fort Collins, Colo. She was 75 years young and handled living with Alzheimer's with laughter, and with as much dignity that the disease allows.She was born on October 23, 1940 and is preceded in death by her parents, Leopold and Hermina Kaprus.
