Jim Setzer, 76, passed away January 16, 2016 in Butte Falls, Ore. He was born January 24, 1939 to Lester and Grace Setzer in Gilman, Colo. They moved to Prospect, Oregon in 1945 living in Skeeter's Camp until he graduated Prospect High School in 1956.Jim joined the United States Marine Corps in 1956 serving four years on active duty.
