Jacob (Jack) P. Germann of San Fernando, Calif. passed away Thursday, April 28, 2016. Jack was born in Darlington, Wis. June 2, 1938 to Willie and Lula Germann.He served in the Navy from 1956 to 1960. His passion was drag racing.
