Charles "Chuck" Retzer Sr., 75, of Medford, Ore. passed away peacefully at Providence Hospital June 24, 2016 surrounded by family. He was born in Oakland, Calif. July 6, 1940.Chuck graduated from San Leandro High School and joined the United States Air Force where he served in San Antonio, Texas for four years. He then continued his education in fire science.
