Ruth Clay, 92, a long-time resident of Central Point, Ore. passed away Saturday, June 25, 2016 at a Medford nursing home. She was born September 12, 1923 in Utica, S.D.She grew up with two brothers and two sisters on the family farm, in a house without electricity or running water.
