David G. Johnson passed away peacefully July 9, 2016 at his home. He was born July 12, 1935 in Salem Ore. to Ruth and Charles H. Johnson.Dave started his college days close to home, receiving his BA from Willamette University in 1957. He then went to Stanford University where he received his MA.
