December 1, 1922 - July 11, 2016Floyd Raymond "Ray" Burt, 93, passed away peacefully in his sleep Monday, July 11, 2016. He was born December 1, 1922 to Perry Cuylar and Lena Mae Burt in the southernmost foothills of Appalachia commonly described as "the piney woods of Alabama."
