Elmer "Al" Maddocks, 83, a long-time Gold Hill resident, passed away December 22, 2017 in Ivins, Utah. A celebration of life will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at Chapel of the Valley - L.B. Hall Funeral Home. Processional services conducted by Chapel of the Valley L.B.
