On November 29, 2017, in his home in Ashland, Oregon, Malcolm Kingsley "Kim" Lewis Jr., left this earth for his heavenly home with his Lord Jesus, after losing his fight with colon cancer.Kim loved life and lived it to the fullest. He was born in 1954 to Carolyn and Malcolm Lewis Sr. and was raised in West Palm Beach, Fla. He received his BA in 1975 from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee.
